Email notifications

I'm getting notifications via email when people reply to my posts. While it's nice to know that my junk is being read, I'd prefer not to get these emails. I've tried to figure out how to do this myself, but, as usual, I'm too ignorant to do it. Help me please!:help:

Click on "Thread Tools" just above the first post in the thread. Select unsubscribe or something like that. To fix it for good, go to "Settings" up at the top, then to "Forum Settings" and change your default thread subscription mode to "Do not subscribe".

Easy fix, I just turned it off as well.

I went through the process to turn off the notifications yesterday and again today but I'm still getting the emails. What am I doing wrong?

I got 8 email notifications in the last 3 hours. Anyone else getting them???????????????

You have a few different subscription notice choices in you forum settings.

I did as instructed above but I keep getting "replys to my thread" via e-mail. I looked but I can't seem to find anywhere else to change it.

You need to delete each thread that you were subscribed to.
