Here are before/after pics of my 69 ElCamino. It's an L-78, with 4 speed, posi, buckets, console, and the wonderful sounding optional AM push button radio. I spent a good part of a year restoring the Elky, doing everything myself, except the seat covers, and vinyl top.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I spend virtually all my free time working on the Elky for a year. The bed was the biggest time consuming part of the project. The body also had almost no rust either. It was smashed, and needed a quarter, and rocker on the driver side. I also put an NOS nose on it. I did have rust holes in under the vinyl roof, but that was just a couple patches, and a lot of blocking. I'll never do another Elky. Too mush work with the beds. I'll stick to Chevelles after I recover from this one.
