This one doesnt make much sense to me according to the title of the smilie.:speechless:
I also noticed that I had to go and search for the smilies list. No chart of smilies to choose from when I put a response. Matter of fact. The only thing I can do is post from the quick response area. No options for smilies here. Strange.

A quick reply seems to be the default. I'm trying to find where in the control panel that can be changed. I realize it's another step but after clicking Reply, check the Go Advanced button at the bottom of the Quick Reply box. That'll bring up the full reply box with smilies, fonts, colors, links, etc.
{Update}
Found the controls (2 separate settings) that essentially turns off Quick Reply and Quick Edit which now should open the full reply and full edit boxes.
