I'm looking for an easy project (to go along with my frame-off that's currently stalled in the body shop). I found this car:

1970 Chevelle! Fresh 350 V8, Fresh 350 turbo transmission with factory floor shifter and factory console! Bucket seat but not correct bucket seats! Cortez Silver paint like new, with black factory SS stripes and SS cowl hood plus SS emblems! Needs some interior work! Needs bumpers re-chromed! Runs and drives great! Has power Disc brakes and power steering! Little or No bondo straight clean body and perfect floors and trunk and frame! Not real SS.

What's it worth?

I'd say in the 14-16K range. i've been seeing quite a few decent cars popping up for sale on places other than Ebay for reasonable prices.

I would look at it in a different way. (A) What is a 350/350/10 bolt worth? (B) What is a solid 70 body, frame, front suspension worth? It would cost a lot to clone that correctly into an SS. It would not cost as much to put it back to what it was, if that is what you want. I say $8,500.-$12,000. in todays market if the body is as nice as you say.

I agree if everything is as stated, then i would say $12-$16 k.
